Uses 
  • For preparation of samples for analysis.
  • For  a fast  and  an  accurate  check  of  the  course of  fermentation  in  cylindro-conical   fermenters, maturation tanks, etc.
Nearly all the chemical analysis of beer or saturated drinks which demands the removal of CO2 can be used with the defoamer. The produced apparatus can prepare a 150 ml sample for analysis in 1 minute and in connection with  a aseptic sampling valve and saccharimeter makes it possible to determine fast and accurately the grade of fermentation in cylindro-conical fermenters. 
 
Technical description 
This equipment makes it possible to carry out a fast decarbonization on beer samples or saturated drinks. Decarbonization is carried out by mixing. The equipment consists of a transparent Lucite vessel with an outlet valve for a  decarbonized sample, a top with a mixer and electronics this making possible to set a period and grade of decarbonization.
