The installation is made as a restaurant
(hotel) brewery. Technical solution makes beer production possible - capacity
from 500 to 5000 hl annually. Output per week is from 10 to 100 hl. We
design production capacity and minibrewery equipment according to individual
customer´s demands. Minibrewery is operated by industrial computer
that is together with production recipes (in supplied operatory software)
part of the supply.
Required for the fast and easy manual
bottling of beer and saturated drinks into all types of bottles. It is
made of stainless steel. It is suitable for minibreweries and laboratories.
It is possible to use CO2 or a mixture of gases (N2 and CO2) for the overpressuring
of bottles. Speed of bottling - 2 botttles per minute with volume 0,5 l.

Required for the fast and and easy
manual stopping of all types of bottles with closures. It is made of stainless
steel. It is suitable for minibreweries and laboratories. Speed of stopping
is 7 bottles per minute.
