The installation is made as a restaurant (hotel) brewery. Technical solution makes beer production possible - capacity from 500 to 5000 hl annually. Output per week is from 10 to 100 hl. We design production capacity and inibrewery equipment according to individual customer´s demands. The brewery is made of stainless steel and it is possible to draft architecturally in types:

Retro (parts that guests can see are covered by cooper in restaurant).

Industrial ( highly glossed stainless steel ).
Minibrewery is operated by industrial computer that is together with production recipes (in supplied operatory software) part of the supply.

Technology
Beer is brewed by decoction method for two mashes. It secures production of good and first - quality, beer of Czech type. It is possible to brew beer by other methods: by single mash process, infusion mashing... Primary fermentation and secondary fermentation run in cylindro-conical fermenters. Filling according to individual customer´s demands.
