Laboratory Temperature Controllers Programmer type REG01
It is intended for monitoring and controlling the temperature in baths, reactors or other laboratory and pilot systems. The figure shows an example of a possible use. One temperature sensor can be connected that measures the temperature of the tempered bath, or directly the temperature of the sample. On the rear panel of the controller there is a socket for the plugs of the heating unit, cooling unit and stirrer. In the example in the figure, an immersion heater is connected, which is switched on and off based on the bath temperature, thus achieving precise temperature control in the bath. It is obvious that another appliance (hotplate cooker, heating nest,?) can be used instead of the immersion heater, the max. power input of which is 3 kW. Another element of the system is a solenoid valve included in the supply to the spiral, which automatically cools the bath filling when the temperature rises above the required limit. It is obvious that instead of the solenoid valve, for example, an immersion cooling unit can be used, the max. power input of which is 2 kW. The controller is equipped with an RS232 connector for communication with a PC, an LCD display for displaying the desired temperature, actual temperature and time, and a membrane keyboard for entering the desired temperature and programming the temperature curve depending on time.
Typical applications: heating mantles, heating baths and heating mats. Modern control technology, space-saving design and high operating comfort are particular advantages. The built-in RS232 interface enables online communication with a PC.
