Consent is granted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the so-called “General Data Protection Regulation”).

I hereby grant my consent to 1-CUBE s.r.o., ID: 62025660, as the controller of personal data, to process (in particular through collection, use and storage) my personal data for the purpose of receiving my communications within the electronic filing system of the data controller, i.e. via a form available on the controller’s website.

The personal data that will be processed on the basis of this consent include name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address. The specified personal data will be processed until the consent is revoked at the latest.

I grant this consent voluntarily and I am aware that I can revoke it at any time, in the same way as I granted it. Consent can be revoked by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address 1-cube@1-cube.com or by writing to 1-CUBE s.r.o., Hamry 3567, 58001 Havl.Brod, CZ.
